Munim also spearheaded the introduction of Demand Planner, a machine-learning-driven tool for sales and demand forecasting within ERPNext. 

With a background in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) and management training from IBA (DU), Munim is dedicated to leveraging technology to optimize business operations. Beyond his corporate role, he is actively engaged in humanitarian efforts through nonprofit organizations.
